Changing the digital deck

Exploring Moonlight's tarot & oracle deck collection ✨

Want to change up your tarot deck? Whether you want to venture beyond Rider Waite Smith or you want to discover artwork that really speaks to you, we have options! We're thrilled to offer a collection of digitized tarot and oracle decks of beloved indie favorites—like Mushroom Tarot, Viator Somniorum, Eldritch Overload, and more. Each deck is a world of possibilities for rituals.

The Gothmancy Tarot Deck

Features of every deck

• Comes with a guidebook: Each deck is paired with its own unique guidebook, providing insights and interpretations from its creators for inspiration.
• Beautiful shuffling & graphics: Our digital shuffling mimics the feel of real cards, and you can zoom in on the high-resolution artwork, adding depth and immersion to your tarot rituals.
• Travels with you to any room: Your digital decks are accessible in any Moonlight tarot room, whether it’s a room you created or one you’ve been invited to.
• Interactive and accessible: Everyone in a tarot room can interact with the deck — shuffle, draw, and explore the cards together, mimicking a physical tarot session.

Swapping decks in a tarot room

Easily switch decks during a session by clicking the 'change deck' icon in the bottom-left corner of any tarot room. This opens a menu with your personal deck collection plus new decks available for purchase. Every account on Moonlight includes our digital editions of the popular Rider Waite Smith and Marseille decks, providing a familiar foundation for your readings.

Once purchased, any new decks are conveniently accessible through this menu.

Expanding your collection

Discover our full deck collection in Moonlight's dedicated deck shop. Once you're there:

Tap the images to preview the deck, or read about the deck creators. Then press "Add" and proceed to checkout.

After you purchase a deck, it’s immediately added to your collection in any Moonlight room you're in. Just create or refresh the room and press the "change deck" icon to access your purchases. Your collection follows you anywhere, so as long as you're in a tarot room, others can play with your decks too!

Supporting deck creators

Adding each digital deck to Moonlight costs $9/year, which we split with the creator. This gives them compensation for their artwork and sustains ongoing platform development, so we can bring the virtual tarot experience to life. When you buy a digital deck, you get flexible access anytime, across your devices anytime you're in a Moonlight room.

End up falling in love with a deck and want the physical copy? Just press the deck icon within the tarot room, and press the 'learn more' button to buy one directly from the artist.

The Eldritch Overload Deck

Is there a deck you'd love to see digitized?

We'd love to hear about it! As Moonlight evolves, we plan to collaborate with more talented creators to expand our digital deck options. We're looking for decks that feel fresh, embrace inclusivity, and provide unique perspectives—whether rooted in tarot tradition or exploring entirely new visual territories.
